What is Hot Oil treatment for hair?
Hot oil treatments seal the hair cuticle and are made from plant-based oils including olive, almond, and coconut. These oils help to protect and strengthen your hair.
Before you use a hot oil treatment, be sure that it is appropriate for your hair type and that you understand the potential risks. Consult your doctor or dermatologist first if you have sensitive skin or a skin condition like psoriasis or eczema to determine if a hot oil treatment on your scalp is safe.
Look for oils that are not mixed with synthetic components and are 100 percent natural to lessen the likelihood of an adverse reaction.
